Payments and Shipping
Currently we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS as forms of payment. MacSolutions Plus, Inc. does not accept checks or money orders. For your protection online MacSolutions Plus, Inc. requires that the billing information must match exactly with that of the card holder. We do not sell or redistribute this information. For information regarding your privacy please see our privacy policy page. MacSolutions Plus, Inc. does everything it can to insure that your orders are processed quickly and efficiently. We try to accomplish this within a few hours or less excluding weekends and holidays. If you have questions prior to an order shipping please contact customer service. MacSolutions Plus, Inc. reserves the right to hold any order if the transaction is suspicious or possibly fraudulent. MacSolutions Plus, Inc. reserves the right to refund or refuse a sale at any time for any reason. In the event of a refund MacSolutions Plus, Inc. will notify you after the refund has been completely processed. General Shipping Information It is important that you understand that MacSolutions Plus, Inc. does not control the shipping or delivery times once an item has left our facility. Please take this into consideration before contacting our customer service department. We take every effort to provide you with your tracking number so that in the event that we have shipped an item and it has not arrived. For faster shipping MacSolutions Plus, Inc. reserves the right to direct ship from one of several warehouses that are located closer to you than our main location. Delivery times listed by the Post Office or by UPS are approximate and cannot be used to guarantee delivery dates. Please take into consideration that delivery times may be longer during the holiday season.
